Making A Purchase You can make your purchase at any of our retail outlets (please see the Retailers page), or through www.EnviroDynamics.co.nz.

Shipping And Handling

  • For New Zealand shipping, we can send your order anywhere in NZ. All our items are packed for safe delivery. We ship our products by freight or courier services. This usually takes 1-4 working days, depending on size of product and destination.
  • For International shipping, we can send your order to virtually any country in the world. All our items are packed for safe international delivery. We ship all products by Standard Post (no track and trace and no signature required service) or Express Courier (track and trace and signature required service). This usually takes between 4 and 25 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination country. Our shipping & handling rates are based on the weight of the total order. Products which may exceed the size or weight restrictions of NZ Post will require a special quote which will be calculated and e-mailed within 1 working day. Any import duties or taxes, which are levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches your country are to be paid by you, the purchaser, as/or when required we advise you investigate your countries duties/taxes before you purchase.
    We normally ship our products within three business days unless specified otherwise in the item description. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

When you contact us we will use your email address for the purposes of administering your query or order and responding to you. We will not publish your personal information and will not supply your personally identifying information to other companies or individuals. We will not send you information about our company and our products and services unless you subscribe to our site. If you wish us to remove your subscription to our website or update details at any time please contact us with a request to do so.

Returns Policy An investigation proccess will be made of faulty goods. If it is aggreed that a replacement is required it will be sent subject to availability, at no charge. If it is agreed that a refund is required a cheque will be sent out to you within 5 working days, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Warranty Each product sold by Enviro Dynamics IP Ltd is limited to the warranty specified in our websites, auctions or advertising from where you made your decision to purchase, so please keep record and/or proof of the warranty expressed at the time of your purchase. Any warranty is only valid up to a maximum of 6 months from date of purchase. If you believe your product is faulty after exhausting all methods in the Troubleshooting guide provided, please make contact with us in order to organise the return of your product (or return it to the outlet where you purchased your product) within the relevant and expressed Warranty period. If we find your product is faulty we will repair, replace or refund you for your product (minus shipping) entirely at our sole discretion. IMPORTANT If your product is inspected and tested then found to be in working condition, dirty, blocked or misunderstood by the user or outside of the expressed warranty period a service charge of $25+GST plus shipping will be incurred by the owner of the product and is payable before the product is returned.
